If you have a soleil chartered bank SBLC, then my group will be able to monetize it. The proceeds will be 9% Gross, 6% net non recourse.
The monetizer has previously performed with other clients.
Minimum instrument size is 25 M.
Payment is one time after 30 banking days.
The cost of the instrument is 50K USD and it is to be paid directly to SOLEIL BANK after the client passes compliance.
The client will be having contract with the monetizer first and then only will apply for the Soleil SBLC and pay the fees to Soleil Bank.
The monetizer is bound by contract to refund the SBLC issuance charges incurred by the applicant client in case the monetizer fails to monetize the instrument within 30 banking days.
The SBLC will be issued with monetizer company as beneficiary and client as applicant.
The receiving bank is Bank of Africa,Senegal and advising bank is First Bank, Nigeria.
The monetizer has consistently performed with four previous clients. However past performance doesn’t always guarantee future performance . The applicant needs to take that risk.
Procedures:
- The Receiver and Provider hereby agree that the term for this DEED OF AGREEMENT shall be the full issuance term of the bank instrument(s).
- The Receiver and Provider hereby agree that Receiver will provide any necessary instruction(s), pay order(s) and/or schedule(s) to Receiver’s designated bank and/or escrow agent or attorney for financing fee payment(s) altogether totaling 6% (Six Percent) of the face value of the instrument(s) to the designated bank account(s) of Provider and designated bank account(s) for any agreed and due consultant/intermediary no later than 10 (Ten) banking days after delivery, and verification, authentication and acceptance of the MT760 instruments by Receiver’s designated bank and credit to Receiver’s designated account.
- The Receiver and Provider hereby agree that Provider and/or Provider’s Mandate on behalf of Provider, will submit an invoice to Receiver that includes the full banking coordinates and details for each account designated by Provider to receive financing fee payment(s) and for each and any consultant/intermediary and consultant/intermediary designated account(s) to receive consultant/intermediary fee payment(s). All payments will be sent and delivered via SWIFT MT103.
- In case of Receiver failing to perform as agreed in the contract after provider issued the MT760, Receiver is agreed to reimburse all the expenses incurred by the Provider in getting the SBLC issued from Soleil Chartered Bank as penalty.
